The cost of a competent paragraph went to zero. Almost everyone noticed, and almost everyone drew the wrong conclusion from it.

The reasoning ran: production is cheaper, therefore produce more. It is a defensible inference, and it is wrong.
Volume stopped working as a signal. When forty considered posts a month needed a team, publishing them proved something: resourcing, seriousness, competence. The expense was the message. Now it proves only that you have an account with somebody.
When production is free, the constraint moves to discernment.
Structure, not more content. Three kinds.

Generation is solved. Selection is not. A business with a real point of view has a test for what to make, which means it also has a test for what to skip, and the second test is now worth more than the first.
The same is true of how a client experiences the work. A dashboard is not impressive because software made it. It is useful because someone decided what belongs on it: the phase, the next milestone, the one thing waiting on you, and nothing else.

What travels.
Use AI for the volume. Keep the structure for yourself: the position, the sequence and the decisions. It is the only part of this a competitor cannot acquire in an afternoon.
